This hotel, tucked away down a pretty steep hill in the Sultanahmet area, is situated very close to the market area. The rooms are in a good condition with basic facilities and a good heating system. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The breakfast offers a choice of Turkish coffee or their great Turkish tea, which you can enjoy while taking in the relaxing view from the terrace.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, situated down a pretty steep hill in the Sultanahmet area, making it very close to the market area and other attractions. The hotel itself is in a good condition with rooms that have basic facilities and a good heating system. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering great service and attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, especially their Turkish tea which I found to be very relaxing.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

Excellent service and the greatest viewtop over the Marmara Sea. The most kind staff, we didn't miss anything, always helpful at any hours. The only negative thing to say, is that we were surposed to go home :)

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Sultanahmet. The hotel was situated close to the market area and had a fantastic view. It was great value for money and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were in good condition and had a good heating system. The breakfast was also a highlight, with Turkish coffee and tea to start the day.

All was well during my stay.

The place is near the tourist attractions only walking distance.

Preparation of breakfast is not according to the specified time which is at 8am. Usually breakfast is prepared around 8.30am. We can only leave for our destination around 9.30 am.

The service was excellent.

No elevator. Can hear some noise when people walking upstairs.

Location is perfect - just 5 minutes on foot from tram station or the Blue Mosque! The staff are very helpful and friendly, always willing to help

The view from the roof was poor enough, not the same as it was depicted on Booked.net page. hot water flow wasn't permanent.

In some double rooms there are no windows (for example in the room 101). Be careful, ask for normal room in your reservation.

The breakfast had a decent variety of food options and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to popular tourist attractions.

The customer service was lacking and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. The room was cramped and the amenities were not up to standard.

I like the location,the hotel is located in the old city, you can visit all historical monuments by walking. Grand bazaar and Hamam were just few minutes away from hotel....Cozy rooms and the staff was helpful, cozy rooms...

There are so many other really good hotels, I wouldn't book this hotel again. First room I got was simply the worst room I ever got in a hotel. Wc didn't work, tel didn't work, tv didn't work. When I complained they gave me another room, which was acceptable.

The area of this hotel is really great, but this hotel is in the worst corner of that area.
